Refund Policy: Digital Products

Digital product, immediate delivery. All of our paid digital products (courses, downloadable guides, etc.) are hosted on Thinkific. Access to all educational materials (including course videos, downloadable PDFs and spreadsheets) is granted immediately upon successful payment.
All sales are final. Because a digital product is delivered in full at the time of purchase and its materials can be downloaded and retained, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much of the product you have watched or downloaded.
Access and technical problems. If you cannot access a product, cannot download a resource, or encounter a technical issue, contact us at info@mirandakelton.com and we will resolve it promptly. Resolving an access issue does not create a right to a refund, it ensures you receive what you paid for.
What this policy does not affect. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, and does not apply where the product was not delivered, is inaccessible, or differs materially from what was described at the point of sale. Duplicate or unauthorized charges will be refunded.
