Welcome to our Portrait Photography Studio located in beautiful Bend, Oregon.
A private, fully equipped portrait studio in Bend, available for rent to professional photographers, videographers, and content creators. Natural light, multiple backdrops, and plenty of open space for your project.

This is a working portrait studio, & we are fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Our shooting space has huge windows that provide soft, even, consistent light throughout the day, white walls, & neutral wood flooring.
Everything is kept shoot-ready, so your rental time is spent creating instead of setting up! 📸

*Every new renter is required to go through an initial approval process in order to book the space. This is a private studio, & we want to ensure that it remains a beautiful, clean space for all.
Studio Rental Rates
Two Hours | $225
The minimum time block. A great fit for headshots, 2-3 looks, or a short content session.
Four Hours | $390
Half Day (Most Popular!) Move through several setups, multiple backdrops, etc., without having to watch the clock.
Eight Hours | $675
Full Day. Built for longer project days, multi-look photoshoots, & video production.
Add on extra hours at $100/hr. Bookings are first come first served. Rate is all-inclusive and includes all amenties listed below.

The Studio is available by appointment only & we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Please call us at (971) 337-0516 or email us at info@mirandakelton.com to discuss your rental needs!

The Studio is most consistently available for rentals on Saturdays & Sundays. If a weekday is needed, we will do our best to accommodate. Please request to schedule at least 30 days in advance for weekday requests.

Our address is: 20370 Empire Ave STE C2. Bend, OR. 97703. We are located in the front strip of Deschutes Business Center, on the corner between PureFit Lagree & Altius Pole. We have a large parking lot out front with plenty of space!

Please do not bring pets to your rental appointment without prior written approval from us! Unapproved pets in the space will incur an additional cleaning fee.

New renters are approved on a case-by-case basis. This is a private studio, & we have to ensure that we are only renting to professionals who will be respectful of our space, our amenities, & our policies. You will receive an email within 24 hours of your intro call with your approval status!

Once you’ve been approved, you will be placed on our approved renter list! You can contact us directly anytime via phone or email to request a rental slot & pay your rental fees.

Every approved renter must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing commercial general liability coverage before their first booking. This is a standard requirement for professional studio spaces, and it protects everyone involved - you, your clients, and the studio. Your business insurance provider can usually issue an updated COI within a day or two at no cost!

Cancellation: We do not offer refunds after booking; only rescheduling. In the event of a client cancellation, we recommend passing the cost of the studio rental to your client.
Rescheduling: There will not be a fee charged if you reschedule 24 hours prior to your shoot time.
