Where are we shooting?

Rate is per person and includes one retouched image each. Shooting at your location adds a base travel fee of $200.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Our Team Headshot Days are designed for groups of 3+ individuals. Each person will be photographed individually back-to-back on the same day.

    To get started, please reach out for a custom quote! We’ll then contact you to gather details about your team, choose your project date(s), and to discuss your image needs.

    Once you decide to move forward with booking, we'll send over detailed prep info and a custom scheduler that allows each participant to pre-register for a timeslot.

    On photoshoot day, each participant will receive a personal gallery instantly once their session is complete via our SpotMyPhotos partner program. They can then log in on their own time and select their favorite final photo(s) for retouching. Each selected image receives a full professional retouch & is delivered in an online gallery in two download sizes, one optimized for web & one at full print resolution. Our average retouching turnaround time is 7-10 business days.

  • We’ve proudly worked with a wide range of local clients, including the Bend Chamber of Commerce, RE/MAX Key Properties Bend, and the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office - as well as visiting companies like Another Axiom (shot on-site at Riverhouse Lodge) and Revinate, Inc. (shot on-site at Tetherow Resort).

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to request multiple images per person &/or group shots! Please let us know what you'd like to include when you submit your quote request, and we will adjust your quote & schedule accordingly.

  • If you are looking to also book event photography or videography for your team event, we are happy to source coverage for you from our team of trusted local vendors. This is a popular request from clients who are hosting a team retreat or company event here in Central Oregon! Please note that any additional event coverage will be invoiced separately and is not included in your Team Headshot Quote.

  • A composite group shot is a single group image built by photographing each person individually and then combining them into one seamless photo in photoshop, so everyone looks their best and no one has to be there at the same time.

    Composite group shots are a wonderful solution for busy teams who have remote employees or are consistently hiring new team members. Many companies do not have the time to update their group photos every time a new employee joins or leaves the team, and they often find it challenging to keep their marketing consistent. More info about this new service is coming soon!
