The Photoshoot Process
Start by reaching out via our contact page and tell us a bit about yourself and your business. We’ll schedule a quick phone consultation to learn more about your goals and vision, then finalize your booking with a session fee to reserve your shoot date.
Inquire & Book
Plan & Prep
Once your shoot is booked, we’ll schedule your Planning Session. During this meeting, we’ll map out all the creative details - wardrobe, props, locations, shot ideas, and more. We’ll dive deeper into your business, clarify your goals, and create a customized shoot plan that reflects your vision.
Pick & Purchase
About a week after your shoot, we’ll meet for your Image Purchasing Session. During this meeting, we’ll help you select your favorite images, explore options for collection upgrades, & design any products that you’d like to purchase. Enjoy your beautiful images!

We’ll let you in on a little secret: The majority of people you’ll see in our Personal Branding & Headshot galleries have never been professionally photographed before! Check out this gallery of real client Before & After Photos, & just know that it’s totally normal to be nervous about being in front of a camera. We’ll spend a lot of time getting to know each other before our shoot so that you’ll feel less overwhelmed on the day of your session. It’s our job to guide you into natural poses, find the best lighting, & help you choose flattering outfits so that you feel confident & prepared.

It’s best to book your session a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance so that everyone involved has enough time to plan & prepare. To get started, please visit our Booking page to learn more about the booking process & to schedule your complimentary consultation call.

Our goal is to create such incredible photos of you & your loved ones that you’ll want to buy them all! You only buy the images you love - some people choose to spend under $1K, some spend $10,000+. Whatever you decide to purchase is completely up to you, & you do not have to choose your final images until your Image Purchasing Session after your shoot.

Yes, every image that you choose to purchase will be edited with our signature color toning methods & will also be given a full professional retouch to handle the removal of distracting elements such as stray hairs, skin blemishes, undereye circles, etc. During your Image Purchasing Session, we will communicate about any specific retouching requests you may have & we’ll edit all of your final images with a clean, natural look so that you’ll look like the most polished, authentic version of yourself. You can be confident that your final images will look flawless & beautiful!

After your photoshoot, we will go through your images & pick out the best of the best for you to review. About a week after your photoshoot, we will meet up either in person or via Zoom so that we can help you to narrow down & select the final images, Collection Packages, or Wall Art pieces that you would like to purchase. Every Custom Branding Photoshoot begins at $5000 & includes a consultation call & planning session, a guidebook & packet with information on how to prepare for your shoot, a detailed shot list, a professional hair stylist & makeup artist, multiple outfit changes & wardrobe styling assistance, etc.
Studio Product Collections
Select your favorite images to be printed & preserved in a Reveal Box or Classic Album. Our products are timeless keepsakes handmade in Italy with luxurious leather & are crafted in exquisite detail. Every piece is fully customizable, allowing you to choose the textures, colors, & finishes that best reflect your personal style.
Wall Art
There are so many ways to display Wall Art! Create a gallery wall with a selection of multiple smaller framed images, or display one large image as a highlight of the room. It’s important to use the spaces where you spend most of your time to display the images you love!
